Hi - I just moved to Atlanta due to a job promotion. I'm a 29 year old hispanic young professional looking for someone to split rent with (I don't have a place yet, wanted to fund someone compatible before committing). I'm super respectful, clean, friendly and usually like my private space at home. I've lived with plenty of roommates and am experienced at living with others in the same space. Max budget for my portion of rent is $1200 before utilities. I'm working downtown and am open to places in the northeast area of the city.
