Spacious bedroom for rent in cap hill/Cheesman park $1,050 rent + about $100/wifi & electric. No water bill. The charming house is shared with 2 lovely housemates that both live upstairs. Spare bedroom upstairs is currently used as a guest room. Plenty of storage throughout the house. Your space is in the basement with a decent amount of natural light. There is a stand up AC unit in room as well. You get your own bathroom & have access to a separate entrance via the backyard. There is also a mini fridge downstairs and am open to leaving clothing racks & dressers for the room. Looking for someone that is responsible, respectful, LGBTQ+ friendly, preferably 24+ years old, and a non-man. There is currently 1 amazing cat in this space that loves company.
