This is a 2/bed 2/bath condo located in the center of Altamonte Springs. Centrally located to I-4 the mall and all sort of shopping venues. The condo is quiet and you will have your own room/and bath. The condo is approx. 1000 sq ft and located right on a lake. All utilities including wi-fi- and streaming services are included.
I am a very down to earth person, easy to get along with and accommodating towards a potential roommate, I am looking for a person who is honest, clean, and wants a quiet place to live. I am asking for a min of 3 months lease and then month to month will be fine.
I do have 2 cats but they mind themselves and don't bother anybody. PLease inquire if you are serious about a possible move in.
