Current roommate moving back home out of state after lease ends. Looking to renew lease or find a nicer spot for the same or better price.

- Our space is always nice and CLEAN. We expect to keep it that way.
- We are quiet and do not have people over only maybe on a rare occasions..and especially because of COVID. If we do, we prefer to go out instead.
- Employed Full-time/ Work from home because of COVID

$2200 TOTAL RENT + UTILITIES:

DEPOSIT:
- 1 months rent (with proof of full-time employment, good credit)
- 2 months rent (with no proof of full-time employment or no credit check)
