This is a one bedroom, one bathroom room for rent in a 2bed/2bath condo (2nd floor) in the middle of Mira Mesa. Peaceful, and gated community. Great and convenient location surrounded by many restaurants, stores, malls, etc. Available starting April 1st, 2026.
The room includes an in-unit washer/dryer, with community pool and gym. Water bill is included in rent, gas/electric and internet is split 50/50 between the two of us (separate from listed rent). Assigned parking space in gated parking lot.
