I am 32 year old male anticipating a move from Texas to the Big Apple. I currently work remotely and am a part time student obtaining a degree in Business Administration. I don’t require much but space for a bed and my desk set up.

When I am not working I like to enjoy group fitness classes, walks, and doing things out doors. Don’t have too many friends in the NYC area so visitors will most likely not be common.
I am open to a friendship with a roommate but if not that’s cool too. LGBTQ friendly.
