I am looking for a Month to Month QUIET, TIDY and ORGANIZED Room Mate. I do Not allow visitors into my home for reasons of Theft and Safety. I rent the Room for those whom work, and are gone most of the Time.

The Room is furnished: equipped with a Fridge, Microwave, cable, internet and FPL Included. The Kitchen is Solely available to Boil Tea. If you cook seldom, no grease, food or Dishes are to be Left out. I worked Diligently to rid of all critters. There is an Application Fee plus Deposit, 250 total. Aside from the move in fee of 750. The Renter will be Background Checked. MUST have a Clean Background no Criminal record accepted. Prior Landlords may be contacted.

No Persons with a Record nor Arrests are accepted. No Drug users or Drunkards. Renter must have proof of Solid Consistent Employment. We Live near a Beach 7 minutes away, and an LA Fitness Center 1 minute away. It is a very Cozy Quiet Place, and I do my Best to Keep it that way. Thanks!
