The room has a walk in closet, full bathroom and it is furnished. The apartment it self is huge it is about a thousand square feet. It has a large living room, dining room and a huge kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space. There is a terrace that that over looks a park. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area with many brownstones and it is about a 30 minute subway ride to Manhattan. There are several restaurants and bars close by on Tompkins, Nostrand and Bedford Avenues
You will be sharing the space with a single woman in her early 40s. I am an artist and I work in real estate so I have a real job and I am busy.
