Hi! I’m a 24-year old Atlanta native looking for a place for me and my cat to move in to! I’m a program coordinator for local nonprofit, Helping Empower Youth or HEY!; I’m also a writer and editor for Soul Center, a Black-owned multimedia company.

I’m a Virgo Sun, Cancer Moon, and Scorpio Ascendant for my astrology buffs. I am spiritual, but not religious. I don’t smoke, but I do burn sage and incense to relax and cleanse my space. I’m a meticulous person and I keep an efficient and clean space. I work from home primarily so I like to ensure that I’m doing so in a space that’s physically and energetically sound.

My cat Khaan is a very sweet boy. He’ll be three in October and he generally keeps to himself. He’s litterbox-trained and is very quiet except for when he’s hungry. He does like to sleep in unusual places so don’t be surprised if you find him in your clean clothes basket, linen closet, windowsill, or curled up at the foot of your bed. I will try to keep him limited to one area, but I’d like any potential roommates to understand that he’ll be easier to deal with if he more or less has free reign of the apartment/house.

I will occasionally have guests, but they’re all great and laid-back people and there will never be more than three at a time. I understand that this is a living arrangement, but I am open to building a friendship with whoever it is I’ll end up rooming with. I’m not shy but I do take a bit of time to warm up; I do observe though and I’ll be sure not to be in your way if you’re not interested in being friends. I hope to hear from you soon!
