I’m very relaxed and easy to live with. I keep things tidy by cleaning as I go, especially in shared spaces, so the home stays comfortable for everyone. I’m more of a homebody and usually spend time in my room reading, crafting, or playing Animal Crossing.
I work a hybrid schedule and tend to be a night owl, but I keep noise levels low and am mindful of others’ routines. I have two cats who stay in my room. I’m open to either casual cleaning habits or a shared schedule, whatever works best for both of us.
I don’t have guests over often, but I’m totally fine if you like to host, as long as you communicate overnight guests beforehand. Ideally looking for someone who is respectful and communicative.

The apartment is 1000 sq ft and comes with your own private bedroom, bathroom, and linen closet. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and central AC/heat. The bed and other furniture may be available for purchase with the room.
The community has an outdoor pool, 24 hour fitness center, concierge and package service, and parking garage (for an additional fee of $150-200 a month). The Crystal City metro stop (blue/yellow line) is only one block away!
The apartment has two cats that stay in my bedroom, so they shouldn’t bother you, but you must be cat friendly!
