Large Master Bdrm w/private entrance

We have a bedroom available in Costa Mesa (12x18) available to move in now. There are 2 of us girls (21 years old). We both go to school full time and work full time. We have a 3 bedroom house. You would have a private room with a private entrance ( the master bedroom in the house), a parking spot in the driveway, and a shared bathroom and common areas. We also have a separate laundry room and a HUGE yard which is great! It is $1250 plus utilities ( water/trash are paid )
