I live with my boyfriend Dan who is a self-employed contractor and partner of a SF craft brewery and restaurant indoor German beer garden. I am a culinary trained chef but I just do that for fun now. I love to share my cooking and baking. I have a french bulldog who is everyone who meets him's favorite dog. He is a snuggler and rarely barks (at a doorbell once or twice to let us know). He doesn't need walking as he goes on a potty pad (I am the only one who is going to change those). I am social but can also have my alone time in my room when necessary. We drink wine because I am a wine nut!

Amazing views, Easy street parking. Open concept kitchen/living room. In unit laundry. Very quiet neighborhood. In unit laundry. WiFi and mostly house cleaning included. Shared PG&E. Unfurnished bedroom with included armoire (however there could be a bed included if needed). Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ outside deck. Kegorator with beer on tap and sparking water on the other.
