I keep the place super clean, stay low-key, and go out of my way to create a peaceful, drama-free home.

I do have a fully trained and certified 35lb service dog who’s literally the most well-behaved dog you’ll ever meet. He’s calm, quiet, doesn’t shed, and completely chill around people. He’s not just for comfort—he’s medically required and prescribed by doctors for health reasons, and I can provide all the documentation if needed. Most people don’t even notice he’s there.

I’m ideally looking for a female roommate, just because I’ve always had better experiences in that dynamic and really value a considerate, respectful living environment.
