I am currently living in Las Vegas, but was living in Irvine, CA from 2018-2020 and am planning to move back to CA. I am searching for a female roommate in Los Angeles (currently focusing on the North Hollywood area, but not limited to it). I am preferably looking for a 2 bd 2 bth with AC, laundry in unit, and a good parking situation. Currently I am looking for a lease with a start date between August 2021 and January 2022.

I am hoping to find someone I can be friends with and who maybe shares some of my interests. I am more of an ambivert, and while I enjoy the occasional late night at the bar, my preference would be to spend the evening at a good restaurant or at home with some drinks, food (takeout or home cooked), and a fun movie!

My hobbies and interests include anime, Marvel and DC movies/TV shows, board games, Disneyland, going to the movies, and food (cooking and going to restaurants).

To provide a few more specifics on my living preferences, I do not have any pets, but I love both cats and dogs and have no issue if my future roomate has one! While I do not mind the occasional overnight guest, I have had issues in the past and I am not the biggest fan, but I am open to discuss what would work for both of us. I have been working from home because of COVID, but pre-COVID I was either commuting locally every day or traveling to a different state for work. I am also fully vaccinated.
