I'm a 30-year-old male, who is very responsible, and pays his bills on time. I am a manager at a international coffee shop chain and work full time. I spend most of my off time at home, and most of that time is spent in my bedroom. I’m very quiet, only play music when I clean the house or when I shower, but its on a small Bluetooth speaker, and you can’t hear it anywhere but In my bathroom. If I’m home, I’m respectful of my roommates, I as quiet as a mouse coming home from work at night. So you’ll hardly know I’m here if I am. I'm looking for a male or female roommate or a couple that is also financially stable and looking for a comfortable, quiet, no drama place to call home.

I have a fully furnished two-bedroom / two bath apartment (aside from the available room and private bathroom) in Lewisville Texas. The apartment is on second floor and faces the pool. I have all kitchen items needed if you like to cook. Common area; tv and dining area along with kitchen are available and shared with roommate. I'm reasonably tidy with my own space and especially tidy when it's shared space.
