Hello! Looking for a laid back and mindful roommate. You would have the larger or the 2 bedrooms , we would share a bathroom. I do have a cat so would have to be somewhat okay with that (and prefer no pets, but could consider a cat if they warm up to each other) Your room has a closet and a large window. Plenty of room for a queen bed (even a king if you got it like that). Our building has a rooftop that’s a blessing in summertime. 24 hour deli, dollar store and coffee shop within 1 block. Close walk to Myrtle Broadway subway station, many bars / restaurants within walking distance. I dont smoke much but am 420 friendly if it can be relatively contained :)
