My current roommates are sadly moving out, and I’m looking for a person or couple to renew the lease with me. The space I’m looking to fill would be the available bedroom, an extra room we’ve been using as a remote work space, loft space above the common area, and rooftop deck access. $2300 per month with July 1st move-in.
ABOUT THE UNIT/SPACE:
-Top floor of a 3-unit walk-up townhouse
-Your bedroom would be an unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom and closet. Space is large enough for a queen bed and dresser.
-Price includes access to loft space above common area and another bedroom, which we’ve used in the past as a shared office/exercise/project space. Both the loft and bedroom space are yours but may be open to discuss other arrangements.
-Common spaces have high ceilings, exposed brick everywhere, and hardwood floors throughout
-Washer/dryer combo in-unit
-Full-sized stainless steel appliances and gas stove
-Rooftop deck access (effectively just for our unit)
-Central air w/ Nest thermostat
-5 mins from the Gates J and 15 mins from Myrtle-Wyckoff L
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:
I’m looking for people who are clean, respectful, and great communicators. The apartment feels very much like a home, and I want to live with people interested in staying for at least a year. Open to cats or a small dog.
