Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, cutlery, convection oven, kettle, Keurig, cold pressed juicer, air fryer, microwave, stove and oven.

Rent is $1250 + $50 utilities (includes cable, internet, heat, AC, Hot water). Amenities such as hot tub, saltwater pool, steam sauna, gym, movie theatre, rooftop bbqs, and conference rooms are included.

Convenient location! Located right beside HWY 427, bus stop at the end of the street (1-2 min walk), walking distance to convenience store, dollar store, Subway, Matt’s Burger Lab, Fish and chips, pharmacy, RBC. Close to Kipling Station, Long Branch GO, 15 minutes to downtown (with no traffic).

There is also a party room and 2 guest suites available for a fee.

Storage space in the unit is limited.

Parking and storage units are available for a fee or you can park in visitors parking for free as long as you renew your pass every three days.
