Fully furnished private bedroom with shared bath in a 3 bed/2 bath house in Phoenix near 39th Ave between Peoria and Dunlap. Rent is $750/month, the fully refundable deposit is also $750, so the total move in cost is $1500. Utilities are split equally between roommates. Please note there is a background check and rental application, both are free. This home is leased from a friend of the family and I have written permission to sublet to roommates. There is also a subletting (roommate) agreement and a crime free addendum. All forms are in full compliance with state and federal law and are from eForms.

At this time, no pets are allowed. The landlord has clearly stipulated no drugs, no smoking or vaping inside the house (there is a large patio out back with furniture), no fighting or drama, no theft, and no abusing the home, furnishings, or household goods.

Currently there are two professionals in their 40's living here. We are very quiet, courteous, considerate, clean and kind. We are looking for the same. Month to month is okay for the right person, but a longer term (6 months) is preferred.
