Bungalow for share in Santa Monica!

I live in a small cottage close to everything and in a beautiful neighborhood! My roommate moved back home after two years of us sharing this place and I am currently looking for someone to replace her. When you walk in to the property it has its own yard. Extremely private! No shared walls with anyone, you can make as much noise or just keep quiet whenever and as much as you want. Once entering the yard (our yard is fenced in) there is a small deck that is enclosed and has a roof. That is where my dog Baxter spends most of his time haha. Oh yeah I have a really chill dog named Baxter! Super sweet guy. He is a half basset hound and German Shepherd. I rescued him when he was 7 months old, now he’s 9 years old. So now when you actually enter the cottage you will notice that it’s a small space. We would share the place but there is enough room to fit two small beds. There is a bathroom and also a kitchen with granite countertops. We have a fridge, stove and microwave. I have my television, my computer hooked up and a surround sound system. It’s just a beautiful little tiny heaven smack dab in the middle of Santa Monica! The beach is a 12 minute drive. UCLA is a 15 minute drive. LAX is about a 20 minute drive. North you are going to have Brentwood, pacific palisades, calabasas. South you have Culver City, Venice. East you’ll have Westwood, Beverly Hills. And west you have the beach!! Santa Monica third street promenade, third street place. There is so much around and/or nearby that it’s such a steal. And only at $800 dollars including utilities. I’m willing to work with the right person on the cost. Also there is a washing place close by, down the street, where I go to wash all my clothing. Many bars and restaurant near by. CVS down the street open 24hours. I am really fortunate that I found this place and was extremely privileged to share it for a while with roommate.
