Hi – my name is Will Pacheco and I am a NorCal native, who moved to LA about a year ago. I work as a private equity investor in Westwood, and am up for living within about say 30 minutes with traffic in terms of a commute. I am pretty quiet, I don’t leave messes and I clean up my own room at least once a week. In terms of shared spaces, you can count on me to never leave a mess and I am pretty clean in general with the kitchen and living room areas. Looking to split a 2 BR in a nice, amenity stocked apartment. I can flex on budget and if there is a master bedroom / smaller bedroom situation, I am fine taking the master.
