I travel a lot for work, usually 2-3 weeks at a time. But when I'm home, I work remote 3 days a week and like to spend my time at home cooking, catching up on TV shows, movies and video games (in my room).
I had a great relationship with my current roommate, but he's having to move for financial reasons. I think our personal rooms are our private areas, but the living room and kitchen should always be tidy and clean.
I think I'm a generous roommate, as I always pay my half of utilities (even when I'm traveling) and have no issues with anyone using anything I own in the kitchen (espresso maker, air fryer, water carbonator). I'm looking for a roommate so I can keep this apartment that I absolutely love. The photos of the bedroom for rent aren't great, as my current roommate is in the process of moving out, but this apartment is a great place to live and in a great area.

The apartment is great and neat/clean. The living room is furnished with couch, chair and entertainment system (will need to replace the TV when roommate moves out). Kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, espresso maker and air fryer. Small balcony that looks over downtown LA. Bedroom for rent has a bathroom directly connected to it. Apartment has AC/Heat and Wifi. Water is included, so utilities each month are power/gas/internet.
Laundry is on the 2nd floor and paid via an app (6 machines total). Parking is in a secure garage (tandem).
Property manager is nice and responsive.
