Quiet Home -

My house is 11 years old and I live alone but do have King Charles Cavalier dogs that stay in their room / outside or in living room.

I only rent out to one person at a time so you will have a private bathroom. Parking is in the driveway not on the street and I have a new King sized mattress and decent sized closet with TV / dresser and nightstand.

I am on disability and am in and out during the day for work but enjoy my quiet time when home and don’t like to chit chat much. . I don’t have visitors and go out to see friends etc and will not have anyone over while the room is being rented out. So if you are looking for a quiet home / environment that what I will offer.

Additionally, You will have access to kitchen / refrigerator pots / pans etc.
