I have a queen size bed, mattress, nightstand and storage available as well. Closet is a small walk-in with plenty of space. I also have a garage for storage space as well. House is located in a quiet middle class neighborhood. This is perfect for a professional looking for a quiet and affordable housing. You will have full access to kitchen, living room and other common areas. There is also a large pool, grill, and outdoor seating area for use. Internet is 1gig fiber. There is also a bike/walking path behind the house that leads to a local park and a park & ride location for a car.

I work from home so I rarely leave the house but I keep to myself and my bedroom and office are not located near the room for rent. I also have a 8 y.o cat who's only goal in life is to be around me constantly so, they'll never bother you.

Location is 4minutes away from I-10 Mason Rd exit, 7-10 to Walmart @ Fry Rd., and 10 away from Memorial Hermann Katy. Downtown is 30-35minutes away.
