This for women only rental is an attractive two story, newly built home (duplex) located close to I70 & Kipling for quick access to wherever you'd like to go. The home is near the foothills in the west Denver Metro area, the popular town of Golden, and Olde Towne Arvada. There is a side balcony and front porch directly overlooking a large park.

Your upstairs bedroom has a peekaboo view of the foothills. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, mirror, chair, nightstands, sunblock curtains, power strips, lamps, linens, fans, space heaters, an electric kettle, and decor. You have a short private hallway with a linen closet and W/D along with a private full bath. This is a home environment where we're respectful, kind, and social and there is plenty of room for our private use.
