The home is owner-occupied and thoughtfully cared for. Shared spaces are comfortable, clean, and meant to feel calm and homey.

Located in the Thornton/Denver area with quick access to Hwy 36, I-25, 85, and 76, plus easy parking directly in front of the townhouse.

Rent: $1,300/month

Deposit: One month’s rent

Utilities: Electricity, gas, and internet are split (~$100–$120 per person/month). All other utilities included.
