1 bedroom for rent in our 3 bedroom house!

My partner and I have a room available in our 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Lakewood, CO. It is in the Belmar area right around Alameda and Wadsworth. The room is $900 per month (Plus Utilities) and we are currently on a month to month lease with our landlord - likely we will be leaving around November/December so this would be a shorter lease. You are welcome to rent month to month or commit to a longer term if that is what you are looking for! For convenience we would like to have someone stay 3 months or longer.
The room is a good sized room in the downstairs part of the split level house and you would have your own private bathroom! You would obviously also have access to the rest of the shared space of the house (kitchen, laundry, living room, storage shed). We have a nice fenced in yard and plenty of room in the driveway for an extra car! The house is already fully furnished so ideally we are looking for someone who has minimal furniture. Perfect for someone who is in between spots or just needs a short term place! We can furnish the room for an additional cost with the following: queen sized bed & bed frame, dresser, rug, lamp, bedroom bench to make it feel cozy. We would ask that you supply your own bedding and pillows.
About my partner and I - we are both 31 working professionals. I am a mental health therapist and Joe runs his own business! I have been living here since May 2020 and Joe moved in May 2021. I work from home about half of the time and am in the office the other half. We have 1 dog who is 5 years old. He is a little shy around new people but is a sweet boy nonetheless. On our weekends, we are usually skiing during the winter, and camping/exploring on the weekends during the summer! I also love traveling so I like to take trips whenever that allows!
No additional pets at this time please! Utilities per month split 3 ways - Water/sewer, Trash, Internet, Xcel.
