I am looking for two separate housemates for my three-bedroom house. I have two rooms that will be available January 1st 2021. The larger room is about 10 x 12 ft for $1200 per month + $1200 security deposit. The smaller room is approximately 10 x 10 ft for $1000 per month + $1000 security deposit. Utilities (PG&E, water, garbage, internet) will be split monthly between myself and the tenants. Common areas (living room, hallway, front and back yards, garage, kitchen) are open to everyone. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
The house is located in the San Lorenzo village, in a quiet and safe neighborhood near Arroyo High School. The house is within walking distance of the Arroyo shopping center. The Greenhouse shopping center, San Lorenzo Plaza, and Wal-Mart are five minutes away driving. 10 minutes from Bayfair BART. Also, near the Bay Trail and San Lorenzo Duck Pond for easily accessed outdoor areas.
I am a male in my early 30s with my dog, but I can not have other pets in the house. I work at a professional level job during the week. I am looking to fill both rooms with polite, respectful, and responsible people, either other professionals or students.
