My name is Jake I'm normally pretty easy to get along with. I work in Flatiron so I'd prefer to live with in a good commute distance from there.

I'm pretty easy going and I can be social or I can keep to my own. I spend a majority of my time at work and don't spend a lot of time home.

The pros: I have a pretty big collection of boardgames. I have experience as a handyman and can do most minor repairs (so our security deposit is safe.) And I build furniture as a hobby but not at home.

The cons: well the cons are by your preference any way. Maybe you hate boardgames or something

I'm trying to find a place by May 1st so I can be out of my current place by the 31st which is when my lease ends.
