One Room Available in Quiet Edgehill House

Looking for one roommate to fill a room in a 3br/1.5ba house in Edgehill. $767/mo + utilities, which are usually around $70. Move-in date is flexible, but would ideally be some time between 2/1 and 4/1. The lease ends 5/31/2024.

My roommate and I are mid-20s and early 30s, respectively. We are both easygoing and spend a lot of time chilling at home, and ideally you would be the same. We are looking for a responsible roommate who is clean, respectful of the space, and whose presence in the home will be calm. Must be able to pass a background and credit check and make 3x the rent, as required by our landlord.

We already have the house mostly furnished, but could fit in a few more living room items (like a couch or shelf) if needed. The open bedroom is unfurnished.

No pets please, as we already have a dog and two cats, but animal lovers are welcome to love on the pets we already have.

- 5 min drive/20 min walk to Vanderbilt and Belmont
- 7 min drive/30 min walk to Broadway
- Washer/dryer in unit
- Large fenced-in backyard
