Private Room for Rent

We're looking for a third roommate to fill the second upstairs bedroom in our house.

The house has a great layout with plenty of shared living space, a large backyard, and lots of great parking. It's mostly furnished, but if you have furniture you'd like to bring, we're happy to swap things out and move anything extra into storage downstairs.

The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom.

About us: We're both working professionals who keep the house clean, enjoy hanging out, and have friends over relatively frequently. It's a social house so we're looking for someone who's easygoing, respectful, and a good fit.

One thing to note: we already have one dog, and unfortunately the lease doesn't allow any additional dogs.
