We're a couple looking for either A) a room for rent or B) someone who's willing to sign a lease with us - length negotiable - on a 2 bedroom apartment on the north side of chicago. Looking at the areas Albany Park/North Park/Portage Park/Irving Park ideally, as I want to be within 25 minutes of my campus at North Park. Looking to move december or early Jan.

We're a super chill and respectful couple who can get along w/pretty much anyone and we mostly keep to ourselves tbh. We both work and I'm in school full time, at home we like to watch tv/videogames/study/smoke weed. Definitely looking for a 420 friendly household. We don't smoke cigarettes and drink rarely! We're an age difference (23/36) and interracial couple, so if this makes you uncomfy we probably aren't your thang, but we're good people and i anticipate us getting along w/our roommates. we also looove food, animals, good movies and music and it'd be cool to share some memories w/whoever we live with! Its totally cool if we're just causal acquaintances w/our roommate too. we're chill with whatever

our budgets around 800-850, which should be able to get us something pretty decent if we can find someone looking in the same area as us. Our only necessity for the place is being semi-close to CTA and it'd be cool to have an outdoor area (balcony/backyard) but not necessary
