I work in Hudson Yards and would like to be within a few subway stops of the office if possible (Hells Kitchen, Chelsea, West Village, Union Square, etc.). My WAH and traveling schedule is a little unpredictable. I'm currently living at home on Long Island so my move in date is flexible.

I'm hoping to find a roommate(s) who wants to live and socialize a bit with my dog while having no real responsibility for keeping it alive. He's a 4-year-old, 55-pound husky mix. He's very chill inside but energetic and playful outside. He gets nervous around new people but warms up quickly. He also can't be unsupervised with other dogs so he has to be the only dog in the apartment.

I'm clean in common areas but but have lived happily with roommates of varying cleanliness standards. I do cook fairly often so keeping the sink empty(ish) is the only thing I care about in a small apartment.
