Hey! My roommate just moved out so I'm looking for someone to share the apartment with again! She was super fun and we always talked but gave each other space! 420 friendly and chill space. 💞

Room: large flex room avail. In a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on 3rd floor of building for rent! Available ASAP! rent will be prorated depending on move in date! first month and last month $1600 to move in with prorated rent. Rent is due the first of the month. This is a sublease on a month to month basis! Looking for someone to commit to atleast 6 months! Females are preferred but would be open to chill guy roommate (can be discussed, but girls are preferred💁🏻‍♀️) utilities come out to about $150 per person. There's WiFi and cable. Flex room can fit a full bed comfortably I also have a queen industrial air mattress (its amazing!) you can use until you feel as though you'd like to buy a bed. Unfortunately there's no closets but my roommate had a rack for a closet and used the bottom cabinets as extra storage for her things she couldn't fit. Laundromat around the corner and we're a block away from the N/R/Q/W trains. can take the N express /R local trains to 36th street for the D express into the city within 20-25 mins. Close to Atlantic ave Barclays center. Bars and restaurants are great to try too and close to "Brooklyn Chinatown" I love the hotpot there and the karaoke. 💞

there's a cute 4 mo. old kitty living here and his name is Yoda. can discuss about another kitty living here but absolutely no dogs sorry :(

Me, your roommate: I'm a female in my 20s who works full time and likes to go out on the weekends. I'm friendly, positive, and tend to keep the place tidy. Not a super neat freak but I also don't like clutter. I'm 420 and lgbt friendly and ask that you be comfortable with that as well. No cigs in the apartment unfortunately.
