Generally extroverted person who loves to cook/bake, dance, sing, and get to know people. Transplant from LA. Looking for someone to fill the last room in our apartment in Crown Heights. I keep common areas clean and am respectful of the space. Since quarantine started, I've cooked and baked a lot and am always happy to share goodies!

Crown Heights room available for June/July move in!
Looking to fill up our last room and join our lease! Can move in anytime in June but by July 1 at the latest
Room: 9.5 x 10 ft with a closet and nicely sized window. $940/month. Also selling furniture! (queen bed, desk, chair, dresser)
We are a 5 minute walk from the A/C train (Nostrand Ave/Fulton- about 20 minutes on the A train to downtown Manhattan), a 2 minute walk from the B65 and B44 buses, and a 10 minute walk from the 3 train (Nostrand Ave/Eastern Pkway). We have a laundromat 2 blocks away, a Key Food one block away, and a bunch of other small local bodegas/markets closeby. On Fulton St, there's literally every fast food joint you want (McDonald's,Taco Bell, Burger King, Wingstop. The best one a few blocks down is a Popeyes. Spicy Chicken sandwiches ftw).
The common area is huge and bright. We are on the fourth floor of the building and our apartment is actually the size of two apartments on the floors below us and we have rooftop access. We have a TV with a Chromecast we all use and assorted kitchen appliances that we all use as well. I've actually been baking a lot during quarantine so you are also welcome to eat the goodies I make! Bathrooms are shared with 2 people each (we had it split as guys/girls, but will adjust if necessary).
Utilities are about $80/month split evenly (electricity, gas, and Internet- gas and electricity fluctuate depending on usage)
About us: I work in social media marketing. I love dancing, singing, and usually hitting up fun pop ups in the city and drinking boba (two things I fully intend to do once everything gets back to normal). Other roommate is a graphic designer and he likes video/board games and being creative. Other roommate is an attorney. We're all pretty chill and keep the place clean (taking turns cleaning common area and bathrooms. Your room can be whatever you want
