While photography is my main passion, I am also a writer, traveler, yogi, hiker & an avid cartwheel aficionado. I have a 12-year-old Boston Terrier that is 22lbs called Pinball. She doesn't get along with other animals but loves people.

A 12ft x 12ft bedroom with private bath and closet in Glendale 91206. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is the back house of a detached duplex with a private front and back yard and features a large bright laundry room. Central air/heat. The house is approximately 1000 sq ft. The dining room (which is currently empty & can be used as your office) opens to a fenced backyard with a patio, and grassy lawn.
You would be living with one female in her 40's that works from home and a small friendly dog. No other pets are allowed, sorry.
Available now or 7/1 the latest. Non-smoking females only. Flexible lease (1-6 months...maybe longer). Must be very clean and considerate.
$1,000 per month rent plus utilities and $1,000 security deposit. Utilities average around $140 per person most months, however pending a/c usage summer months can be closer to $200 per person. (The bed featured in the photos is a California King, just for scale. The bed has since been sold.)
