I am a chill guy who is open minded as well as accommodating (within reason). I keep the common areas really clean as well.
I played college baseball and was also a part of a fraternity. I am big into watching the Ny Giants (pain), lifting, gaming and enjoying my weekends. Overall a cool guy who has two roommates who are moving out and I would love to stay in this apartment.
I work from home a good amount but I am currently interviewing for new roles so this is subject to change.

I am looking to find 2 roommates to replace my buddies. My lease ends at the end of May. I am open for a new lease for 6-12 months. 3 minute walk to the Fulton subway station which goes to pretty much anywhere in NYC. 3 minute walk to pier 17 and the South Street Seaport. Truly cannot find a better price for the area to my knowledge.
