This is for a private room in a roughly 1,404 square foot corner apartment located close to SR 85, Kaiser hospital, and a large shopping area with a Safeway, Target, and many other shops and restaurants.

There’s a large open kitchen complete with a kitchen island, laundry in unit, large bay windows, private parking, and has access to the fiber-optic internet accessible from any room in the apartment. The home has central heating and air conditioning with a smart thermostat. Additionally, there is a clubhouse that contains a gym, a swimming pool, a hot tub and large reservable rooms for private events right across the street from the apartment building.

The bedroom is next to the secondary bathroom. While it also serves as the guest bathroom, guests are infrequent and you'll generally have it to yourself. The room is spacious, carpeted, and includes a walk-in closet. Additional photos and approximate dimensions are available upon request.

Utility bills such as electricity and water will be split three ways. This also applies for household tasks such as chores.

The we are a couple looking for someone for a long-term 12 month lease to take the private bedroom. The room will be available at the beginning of August, and we're hoping to have it occupied by August 15. The deposit is $1600 and will be due upon signing the lease.

There is an expectation of clear communication and mutual respect, where any and all problems are expressed openly and clearly so they can be resolved in a swift manner. It is also expected to keep common areas clean.
