My name is Kendall and I am a 22-year-old graduate student at New York University. I am embarking on a career in Africana Studies and hope to be a college professor one day. Although I am an academic, I do not shy away from having a good time! I am a city girl from Chicago and I love going to museums, eating at trendy restaurants and enjoying a night out on the town with my girlfriends. I am new to New York city and am eager to make new friends and memories. I'm not just looking for roommates, but I am hoping to establish life long friendships. I would describe myself as outgoing, friendly, responsible, independent and hardworking. I would say that I am accustomed to co-living situations because I went to boarding school for high school and have consistently had roommates since then. I have always been clean, respectful, and open-minded. I'm just looking to vibe and hope to find good people with good energy! Definitely would like to split costs for house expenses such as detergent, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. Ideally would not like to pay more than $950, however willing to pay up to 1,000/1,200.
