Looking for roommate

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment on the UWS, right near the corner of 80th and Amsterdam. The room is a large room (big enough for a King, easily fits a Queen) and includes a large closet and separate office space. Perfect for someone working from home full or part time. Or, use it as a private yoga/workout space, twitch streaming room, creative space, whatever you want! Bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the apartment, so you will have full privacy.

Move in costs: First month's rent and security deposit. The listed rent of $1,466 is a net-effective rent that expires at the end of the lease in August 2022, rent will increase if the lease is renewed after that. Separate costs include utilities (gas, electric, internet) and renters insurance.

The building is a walk up, apartment is on the 4th floor. There is no laundry in the building, but plenty of laundromats nearby.

The pictures are all from the broker's listing from when I rented the apartment a few months ago, which is why it looks empty. The living room and kitchen will be fully furnished (right now I'm still unpacking). There is an extra full size bed and a dresser in the available room. You'd be welcome to use those, if you want, or I can get rid of them if you have your own bed and dresser.

I'm looking for a roommate who is:
Fully vaccinated from Covid-19, or actively seeking to become fully vaccinated. Must be a non smoker. No pets (I have a cat and do not want another pet in the apartment).

Other than that, the usual: Clean, respectful of privacy, not too noisy during late hours. I don't mind if you have guests, within reason.
