The Bamboo Suite: 2 conjoined rooms furnished as a bedroom/office and living room/kitchenette for $1299.

The Green Room: A furnished bedroom and kitchenette for $1150.

This home has an incredible front, side and backyard which is beautifully landscaped with a large deck and patio. Washer and dryer are free in the home and utilities are a flat rate of $125 which includes gas, electric, water and wifi. There is free street parking and driveway parking is available for $200/month.

This quiet, tree lined neighborhood is super convenient whether driving, taking the bus, or taking the subway. We are a 7 min walk to the 2 and the 5 and a 30 min train ride to Times Sq. The neighborhood has many bike lanes and bus routes. We are just a block and a half from Crotona Park, which covers 128 acres and boasts multiple tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, a pool and a pond among other amenities. Arthur Ave is nearby with restaurants, cafes and bars and Mott Haven is another close area to enjoy the same.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean, considerate and friendly. I would describe myself as the same. I am a woman in my early 30's, 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly. It is important to me that the house be a peaceful place and that the rooms I rent be single occupancy.

Hobbies I enjoy are Muay Thai/Jiu Jitsu, biking and snowboarding. I occasionally dogsit a medium and large dog, but can keep them gated upstairs, away from the rooms I rent out.
