Ruben H - $650/month

hi! i'm ruben.

music producer / audio engineer. i'm out at studios most of the day and night, so i'm not home much. all my loud work happens at my own spaces in culver city, never at home. at home it's headphones only.

i love a clean, peaceful place. i cook, i clean up right after, and i keep to myself. respectful of shared space, quiet hours and other people's time.

lived in LA 10+ years, just got back from AZ. here for work and looking to move in ASAP.

easygoing, reliable, pay on time. hablo español.
