I own a 2 bed 2 bath Condo in Aurora at 2nd and Sable. It’s in a fairly quiet neighborhood, close to pretty much anything. I am renting out 1 room and private bathroom. Utilities are included in the rent. shared living space, dining area, kitchen and laundry. IT IS A CLEAN AND SOBER HOME. I have 14 nearly 15 yrs of sobriety. I would like someone with a year + of sobriety but am willing to meet and see what happens. Renting for $1000.00 a month.
