My name is Patricia. My adult daughter, who shared this apartment with me, is moving out on 7/31 to an area that will be more convenient for her teaching position. Her room will be ready for occupancy on 8/1. I am a clean housekeeper and don’t like loud noise or parties. My apartment is close to the airport. You will have your own bedroom with large walk-in closet. You will also have your own separate bathroom with large tub and lots of storage. The complex is also pet-friendly (cats and dogs). I have 1 small dog. You will need your own bedroom furniture, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Ground-level corner unit with lots of natural lighting. The parking is just a few feet away from the back door with easy access when carrying groceries. There is a courtyard with gazebo and furnished grilling equipment, as well as a pool. This is a quiet and professional apartment community. This is also a smoke-free community (both inside and out). If you are interested, I can arrange a FaceTime walk through of the unit. Your cost will be $900 per month for the rent plus half the utilities.
