All I ask is the rent is paid and noise is kept to a respectable level late at night. I have fallen in love with this apartment located very centrally on Bagley avenue near Downtown Culver City. It has a lovely charm to it and is well-insulated. There is no central heat or air but we do have a window unit that does a pretty solid job in the hotter summer months- apart from the heatwave of August 22. I already have a couch, living room TV, and there is a refrigerator. You’re also more than welcome to use my coffee maker, microwave, and kitchen utensils if you have none. I don’t plan on leaving this apartment anytime soon. I’m targeting a move-in date of 6/1/2023.
