🌻 Hi, hi! I am searching for a housemate to co-sign a lease for a 3BD/2BA duplex apartment in Greenpoint (where I currently live!) with just one roommate, yours truly (late 20s, F, LBGTQ) and a darling cat 😄 (Is that 1.5 roommates...?)

I just moved into this spot as a lease takeover and I'm excited to share it.

🌻 Your Space:

The available space is essentially a garden-level studio. The bedroom gets a small amount of ambient light as the room overlooks a private backyard. You will have your own private bathroom with a shower, several closets, and a bonus windowless room. The bonus is perfect for an artist's studio, study, or even a small kitchenette, as the room is vented. The pictured refrigerator is included.

🌻 About the Share:

Upstairs is the shared kitchen, an additional full bath, my smaller room (pictured for transparency), and a shared living room with a large patio, just for us.

This is a local landlord's only building. Total rent is $4.4k. The apartment is outside toxic areas and floodzones up to year 2100 (I swear). It is no frills, quiet, and what I feel is an amazing deal for the neighborhood. 2 minutes from the nearby G, 8 minutes from the ferry.

An interior staircase is the access point for the shared kitchen and living room (pictured)
