Alexan Grove Apartment Roommate Needed by END OF FEB/BEG OFMARCH 2025

3 bed, 2 bath apartment with utilities already listed. Age of applicant is preferred to be in their 20s, male or female. The tenant would be taking the master bedroom for around $850/month. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a built-in bathroom. I am moving out to go to school out of state, but need to fill my spot on the lease. I live with two sweet young guys in their 20s that are students and work full time. They have a cat and a dog that both are super people-friendly. This apartment is located at Alexan Grove, and would be on the corner of our building, on the third story with a balcony. The apartment itself has a washer/dryer/dishwasher and a kitchen with an island, with a normal living room. The complex has a nice comfy clubhouse with space for eating, studying, or even playing pool. They also have an indoor mailroom, pool, 24-hr gym, dog park, and valet trash (at certain times). This is also located 5 minutes away from the local Crunch, Planet Fitness, Winn-Dixie, and the Krates at the Grove. The apartment is even walking distance to the movie theater and mini golf.
