I am a very active single female and work from home. I have one female Pittie dog and 5 cats. You must be a pet lover. I play in 2 bands at the moment and go down the hill frequently. So you will have alone time.
I am willing to reduce the rent to $650.00 if you are willing to feed the animals and let Sadie out for Potty breaks when I'm gone. I am never gone more than 2 days. I am an A type personality. I have 21 years sober and still active in my program but am totally fine if you are 420 friendly and occasionally drink. No heavy drinkers and no drugs at all. I have grown kids and my youngest does come and stay a few days a week to finish her schooling up here.
I love music, cooking, Holiday partys with the happy dysfunctional family and my friends tell me I have a great sense of humor.
I am spiritual and not religious and hate politics. As far as I'm concerned both sides are scamming us.

2 older ladies that are very active are looking for our 3rd roommate (Female Preferred). Private room with shared bathroom. You have full kitchen access and washer and dryer.
Must love animals as we have cats and dogs in the house. Can't be allergic to cats or afraid of dogs.
I do work from home so quiet time from 7am to 4pm.
We are laidback and not uptight.
You will be responsible for 1/3 of Gas and Electric bill that will average to about $130 in regular months.
Keep the house at around 76-78 degrees.
