Candace T - $1,800/month

Hi! I’m Candace, 20, originally from San Diego and currently a student at SDSU. I recently finished my time as a collegiate athlete, and I’m now focusing on school, work, and enjoying this new chapter of life.

Work & Schedule: I’m currently balancing school while looking for part-time work around San Diego. My schedule is usually pretty flexible, but I’m definitely more of a night owl than an early morning person.

Lifestyle & Vibe: I’d describe myself as outgoing, social, and easy to get along with. I love having a fun, positive environment at home while still being super respectful of personal space and boundaries. I’m also very clean and organized — I like keeping shared spaces tidy and usually clean up right after myself. I enjoy going out on weekends, being around friends, trying new places, and overall just keeping good energy around me.

Living Situation: I’m currently looking for one more roommate to live relatively close to the SDSU campus area. I already live at The Promenade, which is about an 8-minute drive from campus in a really convenient area between SDSU and USD and close to pretty much everything in San Diego. I’d love to move into a 2-bedroom with someone so it’s less expensive than living alone while still staying in a great location.

What I’m Looking For: I’m looking for a female roommate around my age who is clean, communicative, respectful, and down-to-earth. I’d love living with someone where we can both do our own thing but also genuinely enjoy living together — hopefully becoming close friends and basically built-in besties while creating a fun, comfortable home environment together :)
