I moved to Florida 7 years ago from upstate New York. I work full time as a marketing manager for a law firm in Brandon. I have 2 dogs. One 11 and one 3 years old. Both rescues. I am a huge Tampa Bay Lighting fan and go to as many games as I can. I enjoy taking advantage of the Florida weather and going to the beach and amusement parks. I enjoy cooking and watching football as well. I’m an overall very clean person and keep the public parts of the house very tidy. I’m also very close with most of the neighbors in the cul de sac as well.

Im a looking to rent out one of my 3 bedrooms. Currently it is just me and my 2 dogs. One 11 years old and one 3 both on the smaller size under 50 lbs.
Pets allowed on a case by case basis.
The room is a fully furnished bedroom complete with, bed, bed frame, large dresser, ceiling fan, nightstand, 55in tv.
Sole use of the Main bathroom (must be kept clean enough for any guest to use though.)
Wifi, Neflix, Hulu, Disney, Apple TV, HBO Max, Electric, Water all included.
In house laundry
Fully stocked Kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and plates and silverware.
I am a clean person and ask that any roommate also keep things tidy. I clean the main parts of the house weekly, but you to keep the bedroom clean and maintained as well as the bathroom. Open to sharing groceries or having our own.
House also includes a lanai with tv and couch.
